Information on Cookies and Tracking Technologies for Users of the Booking Portal for Set-up and Breakdown Ramps (Loading Slots)

These notices provide information about the storage and retrieval of information from users' devices associated with the use of cookies and other technologies on the VisiFair Booking Portal of Landesmesse Stuttgart. Log Data
During each use of the VisiFair Booking Portal's online offering by Landesmesse Stuttgart, various general data and information are automatically collected. These data and information are stored in the server's log files.

  • Request details and target address (protocol version, HTTP method, referer, UserAgent string)

Storing information on users' devices or accessing already stored information using the mentioned technologies is essential for the operation and use of the booking portal and its individual services. This enables Messe Stuttgart to provide telemedia services expressly desired by the user (Legal basis: Article 25 (2) of the Telemedia Act). For this reason, these technologies cannot be deactivated. 
The subsequent processing of any personal data is carried out in the legitimate interest of Messe Stuttgart to ensure the functionality, provision, and maintenance of the operation, use, operability, and security of telemedia services (Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). 
Cookies can be deleted through the specific functions of the used browser. However, in this case, the current user state cannot be retained. This means, for example, that a new login will not be possible.
