Why is it not possible to log in with my account data and password?

After registering in the system, you will receive an email with a confirmation link you need to activate. You can then log in to the VisiFair booking portal.

Where can I find the event code?

To book an event, you will receive the corresponding event codes via the logistics instructions provided to you for the respective event.

Are there any exceptions for a longer vehicle stay on the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling?

No, the time slots offered per event specify which stay times can be booked depending on the vehicle size. An individual adjustment is not possible.

Why are charges levied for loading zones?

Our service allows customers to plan stress-free and on schedule. Pre-booked time slots avoid endless traffic jams, as it is no longer on a "first come, first serve" basis. This optimizes the traffic situation overall and smooths out traffic peaks.

What are the penalties for not leaving the exhibition center or loading zone on time?

Vehicle drivers receive a text message informing them of the end of their booked loading zone. If the vehicle subsequently does not leave the loading zone or the grounds of Landesmesse Stuttgart, Landesmesse Stuttgart reserves the right to have the vehicle towed away for an appropriate fee.

Why is payment only possible by credit card and not also on account?

As soon as payment is completed, customers will immediately receive confirmation of their booked loading zone, including the reservation or entry ticket. Thanks to the immediate payment processing, this allows for a quick turnaround. If payment were made on the account, the receipt of payment would be delayed, which would not allow prompt confirmation.
